The problem of evil is the confusion that emerges from trying to reconcile the belief that God is the all powerful, all knowing, and just with the suffering and evil in the world. Even though God is good nonetheless, there is evil around us. The significance of evil is for us to have faith, and turn to God so He can protect us from harm and any danger. Spinoza went with the second option and propose the brain and body are not separate, but slightly two different characteristics of one and the same structure. A dualist will accept the actuality of the two basic substances, namely mind and body. The problem of truth is based off of facts or reasoning; mathematical equations
