The first alternative is a first come first serve basis. This alternative would be very beneficial to all students who are able to get to school early. With this alternative there would virtually be no cost to the students or the administration. Although these seems like the easiest decision for administration to make I would not recommend this choice. On the matrix this alternative scored a nine. I feel this is unfair to certain students who are unable to get to school early because they have to pick up other students, or are just unable to get to school early for whatever the reason maybe. The second alternative is to give the spots away based on best attendance. Again, much the like the first alternative there will be no cost associated with this alternative. Also, it will be very beneficial to the students who attend school daily. I feel as if this is a very valid option because not only did it score a ten on the matrix, but the students that are coming to school the most should earn the spots for all their hard work. Obviously with illness and such excused absences students should not be held accountable. However, students who do not show up daily because they just simply do not want to do
