Wendy's-Personal Narrative

Improved Essays
It was a regular day I remember like it was yesterday. My friends were knocking on the door so I answered. They wanted me to come out side. I asked my mom in she said yes. But before I left she said don’t you go out there getting in trouble with them boys. I said yes mam, I won’t. Then she said don’t leave the neighborhood with them either. So everything started to get crazy from there.
When I left the house they asked me do I want get something to eat from Wendy’s. I wanted to say no so bad but I couldn’t reject a FREE meal at my favorite fast food restaurant. But first I asked where the money at, they pulled out about $110 dollars. So I left the neighborhood a while. I ran half way to save time. We stoped running because we were almost there.

Throughout my life, my friends and family call me “Chef Steve”. They call me this because I always end up cooking and revising my mom’s food. My most wished for food of all time is garlic crawfish, not only because of the taste, but for the process of how its made.…

As I was in search of job openings on Craigslist, I came across the one posted by Lupe Tortilla Mexican Restaurant. I saw that the restaurant is in need of a new manager. Well, here's one! Having grown up on both Texan and Mexican food, I am already accustomed to restaurants that have a Tex-Mex feel to them. Working in fast food can be a very trivial experience. I aspire to always put up my best front, and present myself to the world in a positive manner. However, working at Sonic Drive-In has taught me quite a few things. For example, profanities can spew out of your mouth at a record pace when you spill a vat of hot grease on yourself, you can step into the freezer and scream without the customers hearing you, and when you work with someone from 5p.m. to 2a.m. you learn a lot about them. Now, I am going to be honest, I have to be at work in an hour…
