Deep in the forest there was a bunny’s burrow, her name was Wendy. Three miles away there was a fox’s hut, his name was Brad. The Wendy’s biggest fear was coming face to face with a fox. One day the Wendy’s fear was going to come and she didn’t know it. It was a nice sunny day, you could hear the birds chirping. Anyway Brad was going for a walk and all of the sudden he saw a Wendy. He looked at his stomach and it growled.
“Lunch time!” he thought to himself. Brad was so hungry he could eat a horse. Wendy was eating grass.
“That’s right eat more and you’ll be fat and plump for me” he whispered to himself. The fox heard a twig snap, the bunny must of heard it too because she ran off. The fox got so mad he went to a tree and punched it so hard

Wendy gulped loudly. Then Brad laughed loudly.
One hour later
They finally reached Brad’s hut. Wendy tried to escape the whole way. That just made Brad laugh even more. Finally Wendy gave up, he tried to say anything to get away from Brad.
“I’ll tell you where all the bunny’s that taste good are I you let me go” she whimpered.
The fox chuckled and grinned at the bunny. “Nice try but no that’s the oldest trick in the book.” Then he held a book called A Trick a Bunny Would Use.
“Bunny’s Burrow! That’s where all the bunny’s live.” She yelled out, but brad thought it was another trick. So he didn’t care. Brad got the pot ready for the Wendy to go in. So without thinking Brad untied Wendy. Big mistake. POW. Wendy kicked Brad in the face.
“Eat that instead” she yelled. She looked around and saw the window. She leaped out the window and ran as fast as she could. Twenty minutes later she stopped to take a breath, she was gasping for air. There was a deer standing by a tree eating some berries in a bush. The deer was the color of sand on the beach.
“Could you please help me this fox kidnapped me and I... I kicked him in the face and ran as fast as I could.” She said still gasping for air. The deer just stood there looking at her. Then finally

(A playful writing influenced by A. A. Milne’s ‘Winnie the Pooh and Beatrix Potter’ Stories) I gaze from my window to see a slight rustle in the conifers, picking up my binoculars with curiosity I notice a wood pigeon fluttering about; my imagination gets the better of me, thoughts rolled into a story. I don’t believe in happy endings; but I will try and write something with a good end to it and no better way can a story be brought to life than through the antics of wood pigeons. There was a group of eight pigeons and in that group there were five males and three females; I know the odds are not looking good for all the males and some will miss out and, of course, it is generally the weaker ones. It was spring, that time of year when…
