In Social Media, there are four specific zones which companies focus on: Social Community, Social Publishing, Social Entertainment, and Social Commerce. Out of these four zones, Wells Fargo uses the mix of Social Community and Social Commerce to accomplish the company’s objectives. The definition of Social Community “describe channels of social media that focus upon relationships and the common activities people participate in with others who share the same interest or identification” (Tuten & Solomon, 2015). Wells Fargo’s main priority is their relationships with their customers and by utilizing Social Community, this will the company to strengthen the relationship.
