Despite the challenges that I am facing in my life, I took a leadership roles in different jobs and organizations that later changes the world for better. One role that I am so proud of is how I changed the banking industry in the U.S. once and forever. I started working at Wells Fargo bank in November 2014. I had witness that bank ordering us to practice unethical behaves towards our customers. I felt that was so wrong and it was my responsibility to change that practice by Wells Fargo bank. I started talking to my coworkers at work about these practices and I started bringing them together against Wells Fargo Bank.
