One very important issue that may influence the decision of whether or not more wellness programs will be provided, are the numerous costs that are put into play. Senior citizens will be greatly benefited if more wellness programs were provided by Medicare, because these programs will allow elders to do more on their own without assistance, including living in an assisted living facility or nursing home. As the elderly participate in physical activity throughout their week, this will increase the excitement in their life, allowing them to live a happier life and be less stressed when doing their everyday chores. Physical activity will also benefit elders’ caregivers, as they will begin seeing a decrease in the money they have to spend for hospital bills, nursing homes, and doctor visits from senior citizen’s illnesses. Everyone around the world needs to be informed about the numerous ways people can be benefited from different forms of physical activity, including little walks around their neighborhood, lifting small weights, and stretching while watching television. Numerous people will begin seeing a drastic change from senior citizens health, and begin making the same changes in their everyday life that they have witnessed from others.
