The wellness center is another free amenity in the recreation center which helps to set up programs for beginners and for advanced individuals. It starts by the individual making the decision that they need help figuring out how to get results. They first fill a survey which identifies what their goals are and struggles they have with working out. Then they will speak with someone in the center who will help come up with an exercise prescription of a way to meet the person’s goals.
