Discussion: Matteo reported that his grades are improving, he's completing and submitting his home works. He reported no changes in meds, but indicated that he's having trouble sleeping. Matteo reported that he's in good health, no issues and all medical appointments are up to date. He reported that he's cutting now on smoking (3-4 /day).

Physical wellness: Matteo reported that he has lost 8 pounds, he is monitoring his intake and engaging in physical activity. He rescinded his interest in joining the wrestling team and he didn't provide any reason.

Social wellness: Matteo has made significant improvement with this goal.

Plan: BHH-HWE will continue to provide health and wellness support for Mattteo and Family.
