This performance evaluation covers the period from 2/20/2016 through 2/19/2016. During this period you were assigned as a Continuing Employment Eligibility Specialist (CEES) for the County of Orange Social Services Agency (SSA). This evaluation is the collaboration between your previous supervisor and me.

Marisa, you have exceptional knowledge of the CalWORKs, CalFresh and Medi-Cal programs and possess the necessary skills to perform the key components of your job functions. During this evaluation period you have demonstrated your exceptional understanding and knowledge of the CalWORKs/Welfare-to-Work (WTW) Program. You have adapted well to all the changes as they occurred in our district such as the new Service Delivery Model and constant program/operational changes.
You educate your clients in the importance of meeting WTW requirements by assertively explaining the requirements to current participants and re-engaging sanctioned clients in an appropriate manner.
• You have reached out to your clients by sending appointment letters, initiating phone calls and going the extra mile to accommodate our clients by conducting home visits.
