The career I am interested in is welding. A welder would be able to draw blueprints and sketches. You would need to calculate dimensions and be able to read them.Some people will have to inspect structures to make sure it is welded correctly. Now there are robots in the work field and we need to monitor them and make sure they are not overheating or malfunctioning. We also need to repair and do maintenance on the robots. Welders can weld indoors or outside. When welding outside, you need to consider the weather. If it is very windy you will have to make a tent to go inside of so the shielding gas does not blow away. Electricians and Carpenters are similar to welding. An electrician works with electricity and machines. They can repair and install wires and machines. They know how to fix problems and work out how to use the machines. They can also repair or replace cables on welding machines. A carpenter works with wood to build a variety of different things.
