Welcome to Pensacola, Rickey. I’m sure it was quite a change of pace moving from Chicago to Pensacola. It’s two completely different lifestyles and can take some time to adjust too. It seems that your family are avid athletes and we do have a nice golf course here in town just outside of UWF. It seems that you have a decent grasp on the ideals that you admire in an effective leadership position. It’s a shame that more and more people seem to develop nasty and arrogant attitudes when they become managers or supervisors.
