Baltimore is one of the major cities in the U.S. state of Maryland. The city was established by Constitution of Maryland. It has the second largest seaport in Mid-Atlantic. The city has many architecturally important buildings such as Rembrandt Peale, Baltimore Basilica and Peale Museum. There is also a free bus called The Charm City Centre which runs on two routes – the orange route which goes from Hollins Market to Harbor East and purple route which goes from Penn Station to Federal Hill.
