Good afternoon,

Please see the attached Weingarten Notice. This notice is required whenever a memorandum is requested by a member of management from a Bargaining Unit employee.

The PSM Office has received a complaint from Ms. Maricela CORDOVA-Alvarado. I am requesting a memorandum from you regarding an inspection of Ms. CORDOVA-Alvarado that took place on Monday, June 26, 2017. Ms. CORDOVA-Alvarado claimed she made entry via Bridge#1, and according to her, she was referred for having excessive food items such as chips, candies, etc. Ms. CORDOVA-Alvarado further stated that she was asked by officers if she had a store because of the amount of items she had to which officers deemed to be of commercial quantity.
