As discussed there are many different exercises that women who are pregnant can perform, one particular exercise that has been very controversial is weight lifting and CrossFit. Now Crossfitting and weightlifting should only be done by women who have done weightlifting before pregnancy can continue it as well during their pregnancy. Though it sounds outrageous, strength training has helped women in many aspects such as in mental toughness. Going through labor, the body begins to feel and do things that we are not use too, and with all that the mind tends to panic and scared. So knowing the pain and exhaustion is was doing strength training and pregnant, has helped women to feel more prepared. Another benefit has been the decreased of pain
