Currently I am a member of Weight Watchers. I have decided to take the blinders off of my eyes and face the truth head on that I am not very disciplined when it comes to eating. The Weight Watchers program has helped me to do just that – become disciplined with my food intake. Each week a meeting is held with other fellow Weight Watcher members to share our successes and failures on this weight loss journey. Group bonding is formed because people can easily relate when they have similarities in common (Uysal, 2016). The other product I have purchased is the Fitbit calorie reader. This little gadget helps me to see the number of steps I take and somewhat pushes me to reach the goal of 10,000 steps in a day. I easily jumped on board when
