Some people think weight training will not help you in any way however, going in Schorf's class this year helped many people maintain a good body shape. Due to my minor injury I couldn't do anything in the class but throughout this essay I will show the importance of weight training and why an individual should focus on lifting weight. There are many facts why weight training is very healthy for your body and helps you live a lot longer but if you don't follow the rules you can die in an instant. Taking this class sets up you raod in order to build stronger bones. Before you even start thinking programming, be sure to do these seven things at every one of your workouts from here on out. Muscle is 75% water. So weigh yourself on a digital scale before and after your workout. Then drink the difference in ounces of water. Staying hydrated will help you exercise a lot more and drink water before you hit them gym. Make sure you are hydrated before going into Schorf's classroom because he doesn’t you taking breaks. Weight lifting does not need you to take breaks throughout that hour or two you lift. Be sure to bring a spotter to the gym because lifting by yourself is very dangerous and can cause death. When entering the gym you need to control the weights and don’t go crazy on them this can hurt your muscles for example, it can pull or tear a muscle. Then tearing a muscle will allow you to have a surgery which will make you stop lifting. Start at a slow rate what do what you are capable of doing at the beginning then you can go further when your body wants you to. When squatting or getting weights to put on make sure your back is alway straight or you can hurt your back which will also make you stop lifting as
