Weight Training Pros And Cons

There are many pros and cons to weight training in adolescents. But, many of the pros have many studies to back them up, while the cons may be a result of lack of something else, like nutrition. I believe that weight training is a good thing in adolescents as long as they receive proper nutrition, stay hydrated, and are supervised correctly while weight training. Weight training is an effective and beneficial way to improve your health. Although, without proper supervision you can end up hurting yourself.

The safety issues regarding weight training range from being minor to major. You might get a muscle strain, or some lower back pain. The muscle strains can be big or small, but both give you a little bit of discomfort. The only way I think
