Over time many arguments have arose on whether or not young adults should weight train or not. Although there are reasons/concerns for young adults not to weight train regarding injuries I believe that starting weight training as a young adult can benefit them over time. A major concern that has come up was injury but a majority of the time young adults get injured from a lack of supervision, in proper technique, or muscle straining. With that being the main concern, it can easily be avoided. Adult supervision can be improved simply and adults can make sure to clearly go through proper technique with weight training. Also, to avoid straining any muscles, young adults can be restricted to how much weight they lift, and how often they can
