Weight Bearing Case Study

On 6/13/16 at McLaren hospital, I was able to speak with case manager Joe. Joe reported that Ms. Kreger would be transferred to Briarwood Manor for rehabilitation services. Ms. Kreger’s weight bearing status is being addressed. Ms. Kreger was transferred to Brairwood Manor on 6/13/16.

On 6/16/16 I met with Ms. Kreger and staff at Briarwood Manor. Ms. Kreger said she had begun weight bearing with staff. She requires 2 people to help her get out of bed or from a sitting position. She is learning to use a walker. She reports her pain level is at a 7. I confirmed with staff what follow up appointment’s Ms. Kreger is scheduled for.
