Weekly Group Presentation

For our final project in class group four, that consisted of myself, and three other people spent the last five weeks on our presentation. This process involved weekly group meetings, establishing rules, planning and implementing duties, researching topics, presentation, and ending the group. This process over the last few weeks proved to be challenging and rewarding for the team. One of the most complicated factors that the group experienced started at week three where member B could not attend the weekly group meeting due to a personal obligation she had to attend. Therefore, it was decided by members A, C, D, to skip the session and pick things up the following week. However, from that point, weekly meetings seemed to go downhill from there. For the past three weeks members C, and D failed to …show more content…
These jobs required each person to complete research on specific points of the Social Exchange Theory presentation. Once completed, members emailed their power point slides to group member B so she could add them to the final presentation for the class. Before summiting the project on week six, the group was supposed to have the last meeting to discuss the presentation. However, group members C, and D skipped the meeting. Leaving only members A and B to review the final presentation. In considering the presentation, it was determined by member’s A and B that some sides that group member D didn’t make sense. Her power point examples lacked correct information about Social Exchange Theory. After discussing potential changes that would help the group achieve its goal of a successful presentation. Group members A, and B decided to email group member D to ask her to adjust her slides so the presentation would make sense. The email was sent to group member D explained why the changes were necessary and provided some examples that would clarify Social Exchange
