magery is defined as figurative language that represents ideas in a way that appeals to our senses to make things interesting and creates a mental picture in our minds. Many authors and writers use imagery to convey a certain message to the audience. It has been used in literature since the late fifteen hundreds and is still seen in modern time books by famous authors. In William Shakespeare’s Macbeth, imagery is demonstrated throughout the book, Macbeth, many times and which are of great significance to the play. Weather imagery in Macbeth foreshadows death / destruction and provides pathetic fallacy in the play.
Weather imagery is seen in the very beginning of the play when the three witches are planning on when to meet each other again,
