Amie, I am offering these changes in some trepidation because of your experience in this area and my inexperience, so please forgive me if any suggested changes are out of line or seem presumptious. I tried to pin Bill down on details (not an easy task) so there would be no room for argument about the events. He did not know whether to feel better or worse when he realized that it is highly probable the OTRS representative he spoke to in that first meeting was Dixie Moody—at any rate, she is listed as the creator of the Power Point presentation he saw in that meeting—he found it on the OTRS website, and I have included the web address for it below that paragraph. Anyway, hope this is of some help. Again, we are so incredibly grateful for you and for Jerry and for your expertise and the time you are taking to help us. I will be typing up Bill’s addendum’s next and getting those emailed to you tonight, if all goes as planned.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Carol

When Oklahoma legislators statutorily authorized this program to provide an incentive for OTRS members to continue to serve beyond regular retirement eligibility, it seems reasonable to assume that these were exactly the reasons they did so: to provide benefits to our state and to our long-time, dedicated educators. Dr. Heitland’s situation clearly meets this intent, and he was careful to meet every requirement of this excellent

The client is a 27 year-old female, Native American, married, has children, low-income, Epileptic, PTSD, and drinks alcohol. She was self-referred as well as referred to me from Indian Education with the local school district. The main reason for the referral was due to the fact that she had been a rape victim, diagnosed with PTSD, wished to feel “normal again”, and also wished to have help working with husband to help him understand. On intake, we talked about her PTSD in length and what happened.…

Values and Traditions Ernest J. Gaines, the author of A Lesson Before Dying, is able to develop the theme of the book through diction to show tone. Through tone, he is able to reveal how tradition hinders the progress of a society that retains incorrect values, which promotes a system of injustice among the people in the society. To demonstrate the theme of A Lesson Before Dying, diction is used to develop a frustrated and uneasy tone. At the beginning of the book, a black man called Wiggins had been waiting for hours to talk to white men about the fate of Jefferson. Yet, Wiggins was intentionally left in the waiting room for a long period of time and is let in only to consider what persona he should use.…

The Effects of the Lack of Play on Learning: The first few years are the most crucial for brain development and research has shown that stimulating play and learning experiences for children help to build connections in the brain called neural pathways which are essential for cognitive development. Lack of these opportunities restricts the development of these pathways, slowing down or delaying learning in the short term and affecting a child’s chances in the long term. Play is one of the main ways in which children interact with one another and form relationships. Lack of social interaction can lead to a child not being able to learn how to co-operate, develop confidence as well as problem solving and thinking skills.…
