Macbeth and Lady Macbeth had shown the trait of weakness in the play. Lady Macbeth was tremendously weaker than Macbeth. She appeared to be a strong-minded woman who was willing to do anything to become a queen, even if it means murder. In Act 5, Scene 1, she stated, "Here’s the smell of the blood still. All the perfumes of Arabia will not sweeten this little hand. Oh, Oh, Oh!" This demonstrates Lady Macbeth's ambition became guilt .She insults Macbeth's manliness for being coward for not wanting to murder Duncan. Meanwhile, she never laid a finger on anybody. However, she still feels guilty for knowing. Lady Macbeth is a weaker character than Macbeth because she never committed a murder, she feels guilty for knowing, and she is not a woman
