The trend of our data collected during the experiment was a weak correlation. This is because two variables have increased whereas the other two variables have decreased (Simpson, 2013). As shown in the graph in the results section, it can be seen that the times 20 seconds and 80 seconds are above the trend line and 40 secs and 60 secs are below the trend line. This therefore makes it a weak correlation, as there is no significant trend that can be seen that shows it is a positive trend line.
