Stay up until two in the morning on the computer, shop all day, played on phone for hours. Beep. Beep. Beep. Buzz. Buzz. Buzz. Ring. Ring. We all use and enjoy material goods in our daily lives, and most of us simply couldn 't get by without them. Our materialistic society is a direct result of mankind searching for satisfaction and happiness through the addiction of obtaining objects of our outward desires. Our society has been determined to expose through the use of media and the propaganda presented by a capitalistic system convincing us that the answer to our fulfillment and ultimate happiness can be purchased. It is a bitter truth really, but it is a part of a system guided by monetary control.
