Improved Essays
Do you always feel starved after a two-hour fitness, especially after swimming? I know you try very hard to restrain yourself from eating any food, and in general, there are two results when you come out from the gym. One is that you keep being hungry and do not eat anything; therefore, you must be suffering during the next day’s work out because you do not have the strength. Another is that you could not help eating like a greedy prince and failed to live up to your two-hour fitness. I had the same situation before, and many girls tell me that they are also strangling with it not sure what should they eat after work out. So I asked my coach if there was any solution for this problem. My coach gave me a recipe for a wonderful fitness meal that he called boiled chicken-tofu balls. I found it really helped me and I am going to teach you, girls particularly, if you are strangling with what to eat, how to make it today. Looking at the bowl in front of you, there are a lot of milky meatballs with some green interspersion. They are just like some fat snowmen with green shoes and hats are smiling. What is the reason for this requirement? According to the recent research, there is a correlation between the environment of the kitchen and people’s weight. A clean kitchen can naturally suppress people’s appetite and also is healthier without doubt. Therefore, it is time for you to clean up the kitchen and make it bright. In addition, there should have all the cooking utensils we need to make the meatballs: a big pot to boil the meat, a mixing bowl and a wooden spatula to stir all the materials, a cutting board and a kitchen knife to cut ingredients. Please wash all of them and dry with paper towels. Now, with everything prepared, we can finally learn how to cook the chicken-tofu

“I can’t make anything out of your chicken scratch,” my primary teacher would upbraid me for my handwriting which visually did not fit into the guidelines and measures of a ‘perfect’ handwriting. Being the youngest in the class — which I was constantly reminded about — combined with my handwriting that was labeled ‘displeasing’ converged into a deep sense of insecurity. My C’s could be mistaken for E’s, my T’s looked like M’s, and all Russian words flowed into illegible zigzags. No effort in the world could turn my cursive into a perfectly aligned congruent font, slanted 30° to the right. Habits stay habits.…

It is Saturday morning and the ringing alarm clock wakes me from my deep sleep. I look over at the clock that reads 7:00 a.m. which means that it is time for practice. While all of my friends are still sleeping, I am on my way to my six-hour gymnastics practice. Many people think of gymnastics and see all the leotards and glamor, but what they do not see is the countless hours spent in the gym, bloody hands, broken bones, aching muscles, and tears of frustration and disappointment. I have only been a gymnast for ten years, but the life lessons that I have learned will last forever.…

A safe customized fitness plan should incorporate three essential components cardiorespiratory exercises, resistance training, and flexibility training. Additionally, individuals must take their age, body type, goals, finances, leisure time, and any limitations or health issues into consideration when creating an exercise routine. In fact, I organized an exercise program that has no financial cost and the majority of the exercises are achievable indoors using my own body weight.
