The only way is shutting down the accounts to avoid them sending a dangerous source out to the public. If not, more sources would be spread out and becoming their propaganda, then their supporting power will gain up and affect more people’s opinion. In order to intimidate people, supporters are sharing violent and killing videos in the social media. The purpose is reducing people’s power of resisting and avoids them to fight ISIS back.
