10 Ways to Stay Motivated

How bad do you want to reach your dreams, to achieve your goals, to make big step forward to change your life and keep going? Are you motivated enough to keep moving forward, keep pushing even when times seems back-breaking and all hopes might be lost?

Motivation is a serious subject. People that want to be successful in achieving their goals know that a great part of their chances for triumph main reason is their ability to get and stay motivated consistently.

No matter what goals we set or how detailed our plans might be, if we can’t find the motivation to take massive and consistent action, success is short-lived. On the other hand, when we can stay motivated and push through, breaking the

Find a Productive Location
In order to stay motivated sometimes we need to change our location. Pick everything up and go to a nearby location where you can get away, focus and concentrate. It can be an outdoor patio, a coffee shop, a restaurant, a park, or any other sweet spot that will encourage your creativity, focus, eradicate distractions, and motivate to get your work done.

5. Meditate and Breath
During meditation we get centered, balanced, and clear minded. It helps to remove the clutter in our mind and restore our sense of spirit and motivation. Meditation is the art of being present, it cleanses the mind, and gives us a fresh perspective to approach our goals with enthusiasm.

You can apply this simple technique. Simply find a quite spot, get into relaxed and comfortable position. Then close your eyes, relax your body, and tune in into natural flow of your breath. Focus on your breathing and if you notice your mind "wondering", redirect your mind to breathing. Stay here for 5-10 minutes.

6. Watch or Read Motivational Material
If you cant concentrate, need some ideas to inspire your work, or looking for motivation, to watch stimulating YouTube video like Ted Talk, listen to Podcast (by Lewis Howes; Tim Ferris) read a book or articles that will get you on track, always
