Sports injuries are common in all sports for all ages. “All sports have a risk of injury. In general, the more contact in a sport, the greater the risk of a traumatic injury, However, most injuries in young athletes are due to overuse”. (“2016 Sports Injury Prevention Tip Sheet”). This serious problem is happening around the world, but it can be fixed. To reduce The amount of injuries towards sports we can educate, motivate and change People’s Attitudes to find a solution.

The first way to prevent sports injuries is to educate people about it. Children are constantly getting hurt but there are a few ways to avoid injuries.”The most common acute injuries are fractures, dislocations (shoulder, knee cap), cartilage injury (meniscus tear), and ligament and tendon injuries like an ankle

Not all player’s attitudes are harsh towards sport injuries but some are.
