Friedrich Nietzche once said, “Without music life would be a mistake”, therefore saying people wouldn’t find a reason to live or what they would want to do, there would be no motivation for them to do anything. Wayland Baptist University, home of the Flying Queens is one of the first Christion Baptist colleges and will help me in the field of music. The admission for Wayland is around $12,960 and for room and board is $5,952 and for books and supplies $1,650 and part-time tuition $495(college-tuition). The field that I will be studying is music. I want to take the instrumental class, which is to learn every instrument and to get to know how to use them and play them. I choose music, because it speaks to me and I really just enjoy music and love hearing every kind of music no matter what kind it is. I have been taking band, since it’s a music class, and I also plan on taking choir next year to help me for what I am going for. I also am going for my Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in music to become what I really want to be. It will be hard trying to get both of those degrees, but I will try hard to achieve those goals and not let anything be in my way. …show more content…
He got a four year scholar- ship towards music, which influenced me more to go into more the Bachelor degree of music is a specialized professional degree preparing students who desire to attain their Texas EC-12 all level music certification and teach in public schools (Wayland). I’m also going to get my masters degrees, which is kind the same thing like the Bachelors. To get my Bachelor’s degree in music, I will need to take four years and take the classes in order.
