On the above date and time I responded to Wawa, located at 8519 US-19, reference an irate customer.

The Port Richey F.D. was on scene in the store when they advised me, via radio, that a customer was requesting a police officer to respond. The F.D. stated that there was a disturbance that occurred in the store.

Upon arrival, I made contact with F.D. and the white male subject, later identified as Hunter Craig Meyer. Meyer advised me that he became upset, and started cursing at the cashier for requesting to scan his Indiana driver's license in order to purchase a pack of cigarettes. Meyer stated "They never scanned my I.D. before when I bought cigarettes, there is no policy that says they have to scan my I.D." I spoke to Meyer and I was able
