I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to meet with your site supervisor Daniel Thursday, October 8th to discuss the off take ditch the village has recently installed at the back of the mill property. I just wanted to touch base with you and make sure that we would receive help from you in clearing out some of the wood chips in the area and creating a swale to help the flow of water reach the ditch. Having the water reach the ditch without obstruction will help it leave your site without traveling to the neighboring property. Daniel also mentioned that snow is piled during the winter time around the area and that there would be no problem leaving enough space for the runoff to make its way to the ditch.
