With my smart goal I hope to achieve a healthier lifestyle by preventing myself from becoming dehydrated as I have often in the past. I also hope to enjoy the extra benefits of drinking the recommended amount value of water.
Specific: I will carry a water bottled around with me at all times during school. By the end of my goal I want to be able to drink eight bottles of water every day. Every two to four hours I want to drink at least one water bottle by that time.

I plan to measure my goals by writing dates in my agenda that state by this date I should be able to drink at least x amount of bottles of water. I also plan to set a silent reminder on my phone reminding me to drink water throughout the day. I plan to write bullet points everyday about what I did successfully that day, and what I need to work on as I progress though this goal. In my journal I will include how many bottles of water I drank that day.
Achievable: To stick with my goal I will ask my Mother if she could cut back on the amount of juice she keeps in the refrigerator. I am going to set a daily goal for how many bottles of water I am going to drink that day. I want to find a friend with a the same goal as me; drinking more water. We can both remind each other and encourage each other to keep up with our individual goals. This goal is achievable because I have the proper equipment necessary for this goal such as water bottles, fruits for infused water, and encouragement from peers and
