Finding a source of water on Mars will be an implication of prolonged human exploration of the planet. The obvious answer would be to send it there beforehand, but that is not feasible. Water is very heavy and a manned exploration zone would need a lot of it, which develops a problem. There are many proposed solutions, including the decomposition of the hydrazine, or spent rocket fuel. This is efficient because of the practicality of the dual usage of the fuel and using the excess hydrogen gas which would already be on Mars, but the combustion reaction requires extremely high temperatures. This process has to take place when the rocket carrying supplies or the astronauts lands, which is another chore that does not have to take up time that
