“Watching a movie @ home and watching a movie @ the theatre”

Everyone loves to watch movies. For some people it’s difficult because some like to go places, so they would rather go to the theatre. Some people are very lazy so they would rather stay home. Everybody has a reason why they would rather watch a movie at home or the theatre, and here are some reasons why I think watching a movie at home is different from watching a movie at the theatre. Watching a movie at home it’s free. You can watch it over and over again without paying for it. It has free food. For example, while your movie is paused, you’ll have plenty of time fixing a small snack for yourself and come back later and replay your movie. At home, you can lie down and watch or you can rest your legs on the resting leg stew. In contrast, watching a movie at the theatre you have to pay for everything. You get to buy a ticket in order for you to watch a movie. If you’re thinking of eating while watching, you need to buy a snack. In the theatre, if you’re caught putting your legs on the seats you get scold from the security or one of the staffs.

You’ll be wasting time waiting for the line to move when you can watch it in your own living room. You can just walk in, turn on your television and watch your movie on time. There will be less pain in your legs when you’re at home. And there will be no pushing watching a movie at home. Unlike watching a movie at the theatre you have to stand in line. People will start pushing if the line moves slowly. It takes an hour to stand in line and when you finally get to the window, tickets are sold out. Standing in line can give your legs a hard time and painful. For example, if your friend is saving a line for you and you come back there’s a person in you line you get mad and the next thing you know you are standing all the way in the back of the line again. In conclusion, watching a movie at home and watching a movie at the theatre it’s very difficult. Only people who love to go places would rather go to the theatre and for people who are lazy would rather stay home. To me it doesn’t really matter. The only thing that matter is watching the movie I want. Everyone has their reasons why watching a movie at home is better than watching a movie at the theatre or it’s better to watch a movie at the theatre than watching it at home. As for me I would rather watch it here at home with the whole family or with my

Going to the movie theater can be a stressful and expensive experience. The tickets are expensive, the snacks are way too overpriced, you’re not guaranteed great seating, and you may end up sitting next to a crying baby. Netflix is efficient because it allows us to watch a movie in the comfort of our home and avoid the whole movie theatre fiasco. It is predictable because each month, you receive a bill at the same price, which is cheaper than a movie ticket. There are a variety of tv shows, documentaries, and movies of any kind to search and choose from.…

For the Love of Theater We live in an era where society has fallen into the pit of the digital age, as electronics, more times than not, control how we visualize life and communicate with others. As a result, there has been a downfall of handwritten and live performance mediums, as instantaneous entertainment and connection like online messengers, texting, email, television and movies fulfill this necessity. However, little does society realize the dwindling of such arts has resulted in fewer personal connections, fewer chances to develop empathy for another, and fewer moments of self-discovery. Consequently, the lack of participation in these mediums will contribute to the ignorance of society at large. Therefore, in my letter, I focus on how theater is beneficial for its ability to shape people’s perspectives on society, and how…

    Watching Vs Macbeth

Many schools have students read plays written by people such as William Shakespeare, Sophocles, or Oscar Wilde. In fact, our own school required us to read plays by all three of these men. Many people believe that reading a play before watching it is more beneficial to a person, but this is simply not true. The best way to initially read or see a play, such as Shakespeare’s Macbeth, is to watch it rather than read it. Watching a play prior to reading it gives people an enhanced impression of what the play is about because if people watch a play, they will better interpret the stage directions and settings, stay more focused while watching it, and have an opportunity to observe other people’s interpretations of the play.…
