(Pete Seeger) This quote is right to the point of if products should be made or not. Recycling is a huge problem in the world today there are so many problems with landfills and technology being thrown out or shipped out of the country illegally. If people just took a little bit of time to recycle their waste the world would be a better, healthier place for you and generations to come. Let me begin with the items that I could limit my waste better. Technology is a giant one, that I possess a problem with having oodles of old cell phones that I have to get rid of, nonetheless I did not just want to throw them away. With Electronic waste I want to recycle my elections, nevertheless I have to figure out a way that’s correct. I don’t want my electronics illegally shipped out of the country. I do recycle plastics on and off, hence I need to pay more attention better because it’s an on again off again thing. For yard trimming this is a vast one, we have because we have so much leaves we usually throw as much as I can in bags before the garbage truck pickup trimmings to be recycled, however we still end up having a bunch of trimmings and they end up getting burned up in the fire pit. Right now we could use a compost pile because I do see my other family member’s waste food and it bugs me. I try to not waste any food because it costs money for food. Plastic is an enormous thing that I see a colossal amount in the garbage. I need to remember that plastic needs to be recycled, although there are some plastics that can’t be recycled. Other thing that I would have to look into is recycling technology the right way. Just being aware of that doing the simple things for recycling makes the world that much cleaner in the long run. I do recycle, yet I could do so much more. Having a chart for what and what not to recycle would probably help me as well. I guess I really did not think of how much more I could do for recycling. When you really look at it there is so much dumping of garbage and the burning of it that it pollutes the air so much and I don’t want that. Starting now I want to make a change for the better!!
