1a. This source did a great job addressing retention portion of Yale’s “Single-shot” model. Once I decided to use an example from the Washington Ave bridge I immediately remembered this one. While I think the group, Humans vs. Zombies, is memorable in general, the added Survival Nerf Tag is unlike any other message on the bridge’s panels.

Horror is a very common trend with college students. Many people love horror-related entertainment, such as American Horror Story and The Walking Dead. This fascination of gore and death sparks are age group to look for activities relating to these. For example, the Minneapolis’ Zombie Pub Crawl has a huge turn out each year. We associate horror and zombies, with excitement. Also, our generation is known for having more concern with a group dynamic. We prefer to be included in a group of friends to have fun rather than finding things on our own. Due to this, most college students love team events. There is a whole variety of level of difficulty in sports related groups that if a person wants join a team he or she can. Even if a person is not athletic it is fun to go, as a group, to events and cheer on the actually players. These two aspects for a balanced triangle that lead to the Survival Nerf Tag. One side is a love of group activities where a person can go either with friends or to make friends, another side is a enthrallment with the idea of horror, which leads us to the final side of a group zombie nerf tag
