The theme of morality is someone's moral standards keeping them at bay. Morality is developed when Wasdin and a few others spare some of their MREs for their guards of Pasha. They know that Adid is controlling the supply line of food, water, etc., so them giving food not only helps the guards, but the guards' families as well. They know that they don't need the MREs because they have a chef. Another way that morality has been developed in chapter 10, is when Wasdin, Casanova, and a few others went to the house next to Pasha and helped the boy with his gangrene and scurvy.
