Would you want to be the cause of someone’s death? A tragic person caused Romeo and Juliet’s death. You might think who this horrible person is and why would they do such a thing. I mean what’s the reason that you would want to ruin love birds love life like Romeo and Juliet’s? Well let me tell you who was the cause of their death and why. I think Romeo actually was the most responsible for himself and Juliet’s death cause. In scene 5, it states “His name is Romeo, and a Montague, The only son of your great enemy.” This mean that Romeo and Juliet families are enemies. Romeo knows that he’s not spouse to meet or love Juliet because of their family feuds, but he still does and that caused a problem. If he really cared about Juliet, he would have made everything easier for her. …show more content…
In scene 9, it states “I protest unto thee – Bid her to come to shrift this afternoon, And there she shall at Friar Lawrence’s cell Be shrived and married.” Romeo kept meeting Juliet privately without her family knowing and he wasn’t spouse to do that. Romeo should not have went against the rules and should have just stayed away from Juliet just to keep her safe. Why would he cause so much trouble for the person he love’s? Also, Romeo is the reason of Juliet’s death because she was poisoned after kissing him after his death. In scene 21, it states “[seeing Romeo] Romeo! What’s here closed in my true love’s hand? Poison, I see, hath been his timeless end.
