Some say Julius Caesar was a hero, Some say a villain. Julius Caesar was a hero for many different reasons. Although he may have had his bad times every once in awhile, people always do. These four reforms Julius did as a dictator are what made him the hero he truly was.
Firstly, Julius Caesar made the senate larger so that more people could be represented and have more rights as a society. This was a big deal because back in the Ancient Roman times, not many people had rights. Only the rich patricians could hold office and vote, and the plebeians could not hold office at all, only vote. Slaves could do neither.
Next, Julius Caesar brought down Roman debt. This would keep Rome from having any problems with other city-states.
