Capulet should not have been charged for anything because he did not do anything wrong that would be worth charging him for. I believe that Capulet, Lady Capulet, Montague, and Lady Montague are the reason for Romeo and Juliet’s death. The family feud has all started because of the parents. That means Romeo and Juliet are supposed to be enemies but the two ended up falling in love. Neither one of the parents should be charged for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet, They did not physically kill them, it's what they verbally do to make them feel the way they did and made them kill themselves to be together forever. The Capulet’s and the Montague’s are the ones to be blamed for Romeo and Juliet’s death. Prologue; “From forth the fatal lion’s those two foes, a pair of star crossed lovers take their life. Do with their death bury their parents’ strife.” Romeo should have been charged for the death of Tybalt because he killed Tybalt in a fight about love. When Tybalt became angry he ran back onto the scene, Romeo and Tybalt draw their swords and begin to fight and Tybalt is killed by Romeo. Romeo; “This day’s black fate on moe days doth depend; This but begins the woe, others must end.” (Tybalt is killed in Act 3, Scene 1.) Romeo should not have been holding back Mercutio for it was the wrong place at the wrong time. Romeo and Juliet were moving into things way too fast. They should have took things slower and maybe tried to talk to their families about trying to be together and maybe try and resolve the family situation.
