The counseling required that I write a 1,000 word essay explaining these setbacks and how to overcome these obstacles. My essay must identify a minimum identify 3 Key Topics to discuss and a summary note on how to attain this goal of successfully completing WOCC.
Within this portion of the essay, I will address the following: my actual physical fitness before attending WOCC; the running portion of a typical WOCC PRT session, my emotional issues addressed by the WOCC Senior Training, Advising, and Counseling (TAC) officer, and my plan to return to WOCC in a better physical and mental. As I reassess and prepare this plan of action, I will ensure that my chain of command is accepted of these actions. Since, I am aware of the standards and expectation of WOCC; I have begun interval training (sprints) along with High Intensity Interval Training “HIIT “workouts. I have also incorporate swimming into my training program to help build my endurance and stamina faster after speaking with SGM Singleton. I will be to start “CrossFit Killeen”, for diversity training to increase my overall muscle endurance and stamina. I will take Spin Class to build my leg strength along with hiring a personal trainer. I will continue to work on my mental well-being as well by going the resilient campus and sign up for classes learning better coping skills. Overall, I think that this course of action and or plan will prepare me for WOCC ending with a successful completion.
