According to the article “Warning: This Is a Rights-Free Workplace,” the author mentioned that “the supply of most kinds of labor is low, relative to the demand.” On the other words, the companies need some employees to work for them. In my opinion, people can quit a job or go well places to have more benefits and improving condition workplace. Moreover, I understand that workers have another option in a tight labor market. They need a job to support themselves, though, they know that they could be treated badly. For example, In the 1800s, many Americans worked seventy hours or more per week, but they have a “shorter-hours” movement, and examines the forces that drove the work week’s decline over time. We can gather all the workers who don’t have any rights in the workplace to establish a community or union to ensure the right of the worker. However, I know some companies have some policies to prevent employees do their business at the work time. Thus, not all companies are rough. Employees and employers have to talk together when they start working. If I were one of the workers who were not treated with respect and fairness, I would quit a job and go another place. The place which workers were treated fairly. Besides, I guarantee to observe any company policy such as work private communication, or personal expression while on business
