Introduction In the book The Art Of War by Sun Tzu He discusses military strategy. The most ideal military strategy of them all is “war without fighting” either subduing the enemy troops without any fighting or the enemy even knowing it’s an enemy. The United States has had a long history of “War without fighting” on its poor and “African American” population. Races presumed to have inheritable undesirable traits were the targets of the limiting but favorable races presumed to have inheritable desirable traits were encouraged to reproduce. Eugenics was created by Francis Galton cousin of Charles Darwin. The Eugenics philosophy was created shortly after the slaves were freed and this was no coincidence. It started out as a philosophy and was put into practice by a woman named Margaret Sanger the founder of the American Birth Control League later to be named Planned Parenthood who was undoubtedly a racist and even lectured at Klu Klux Klan rallies about eugenics. The target of the eugenics movement was no doubt the African American population that was seen as a nuisance now that they were free. Since the Nazis left the world with a bad view on eugenics the American eugenics movement had to go underground and let someone else further their agenda for them under the guise of helping. It is a voluntary genocide. Abortion is the number one killer in the black community and is responsible for more deaths than heart disease, cancer, murder, car accidents and sickle-cell along with any other cause of death for African-Americans combined. The goal of eugenics was accomplished by creating an environment that convinces the target population to severely limit their numbers. Another contributing factor is the fact that the majority of the Planned Parenthood abortion clinics are located near communities where the African American population is above the state average. African-Americans are 13% of the total population yet they are 35% of all American abortions. Since 1973 African American population has declined by 30% and that does not factor in the children that could’ve been birthed by the aborted
