If you're happy without a reason then it's completely acceptable though you'll be questioned about it but with a grin on the face. And your response doesn't carry very much value and you can just skip it. But, if you even think of crying without any reason then there will be numerous questions fired at you. Why? What's wrong? Are things Ok? etc. etc.
