The data summary of office referrals for disciplinary incidents provided by Walters Middle School shows data for a three-year period, specifically, the 2004-2005 school year, the 2005-2006 school year, and the 2006-2007 school year. One of the trends that I observed when studying this data is the fluctuation of overall disciplinary incidents. The school received the highest number of disciplinary incidents, 252, during the year 2004-2005 school year. The following year saw an 18% decrease in total disciplinary incidents, down to 206. During the 2006-2007 school year, there was a slight increase of 9%, up to 225 total infractions.
