Walt Disney was the founder of Disneyland in California and Disney World in Florida. He was also one of the founders of Disney Studios. This interests me because ever since I was a little girl, I have always loved Disney World. Everytime my parents ask where I want to go on vacation, I always say Disney World. Walt Disney was born on December 5, 1901 in Chicago, Illinois. In 1906, Walt and his family moved to a farm in Marceline, Missouri. On this farm is where Walt Disney first gained an interest in drawing. A couple years later, Walt’s father, Elias, got sick and they had to sell the farm.
