I am fortunate enough to been offer an chance to explore and research an amazing organization Walt Disney and their theme parks in the manner which they build and share to the public over the world to enjoy with there families. Through this research I’ve founded that and will explain the amazing procedures that this company uses based where the countries are located over the world. Walt Disney brand has a profound impact to society financially and culturally. The experience that Walt Disney world trying to give to the kids and parent are unique one of a kind experience in their lives by planning the day to create imagination that they can be a player in that world for a day either in a fantasy or future look world. The 3 priority that Walt Disney engineering focus on when creating a park is creative & innovation, Application of technology, and global extensive. Also another way to build that they build a park takes a lot of imagination and engineering. The challenges that the people at the corporation face when creating Walt Disney land in a country is usually language, cultural difference, political difference, and currency. So the people at the corporation have to see it from a cultural point of view. The number one job of focusing on a countries is to learn about the cultural of your surroundings like what’s acceptable and what’s not. The benefits about having Walt Disney world in a different part of the world are to bring family fun to a different market and so that people can enjoy a fresh new experience.
