Gabler specifically mentions the studio's failure as well, “But he seemed less interested in making money than in having fun, and the company promptly went bankrupt, sending Disney, by then 21, to Los Angeles to look for work in the film industry” (Gabler). Yet this was technically a business failure, he thoroughly enjoyed his time working with his friends, and this started his track to much bigger projects. At this point, Walt Disney was starting a business with his older brother and creating some of the ideas for later projects. Once again, one of his first major ideas was actually stolen from him. This hardship shaped him to keep a closer eye on his projects, shaping his artwork once again.
